SAF to bid for young and hot prospect, from goalkeeper to a striker. Mega -bidding

SAF is ready to turn his attentions to Mesut Ozil.
The Daily Express says Ferguson is ready to make a £25million swoop for Germany’s Ozil after Wesley Sneijder announced he wants to stay with Inter Milan.
Ozil fits the bill with his superb skill, passing ability and shooting power. Ferguson was tracking Ozil before his World Cup exploits for Germany shot him to prominence.
Also, Sir Alex Ferguson is serious about signing Inter Milan striker Mario Balotelli.
Milan-based Mediaset says Ferguson has already spoken with his former United No 2 Carlos Queiroz about Balotelli and his similarities to Cristiano Ronaldo.
Ferguson is willing to pay £25 million cash for Balotelli, a figure Inter president Massimo Moratti is now willing to accept.
There was talk of including Patrice Evra in the offer, but neither club are keen to see that option on the table. Instead, Inter will accept a straight cash deal and use the funds to sign a direct replacement for Balotelli.
Inter insiders expect a final decision to be made before July 25.
Meanwhile, Ajax goalkeeper Maarten Stekelenburg is being linked with Manchester United.
Oranje VI reported this week that the Holland No1 is being lined up by United boss Sir Alex Ferguson for a move to Old Trafford in 12 months time.
Ferguson sees Stekelenburg as the ideal successor for his veteran Dutch keeper Edwin van der Sar, who is expected to retire at the end of the coming season.
Stekelenburg is aware of the talk and would jump at the chance of a dream move to United.
Manchester City target, David Luiz will only consider leaving Portuguese champions Benfica if European giants Manchester United or Real Madrid come knocking.

Luiz, 23, has emerged as a target for the big-spending Blues, although they have hit an impasse over his transfer fee as they refuse to meet the Portuguese side's £29.3 million valuation.

According to O Jogo, though, City's pursuit is in vain. The player has set his heart on a switch to los Blancos or the Red Devils and would, for this summer at least, turn down any move to Eastlands as he awaits moves from higher up the food chain.
