Man Utd must put together £80M package to land Inter Milan star Sneijder

Manchester United have been informed it will take £80 million to sign Wesley Sneijder
The Sunday Express says that’s the total cost of extricating the Dutchman from the Italian club – and the reason why some clubs have gone cold on the idea. If Sneijder goes to Old Trafford in the summer, United will have to part with every penny of the world-record fee they received from Real Madrid for Cristiano Ronaldo.
The quoted fee for Sneijder £30m. But the midfielder, who earns £10m a year at Inter, would be looking for a five-year contract, leaving any would-be suitor with a final bill of £80m.
While United boss Sir Alex is a confirmed admirer, he has to weigh up any bid against the cost which would take a huge chunk out of his transfer budget.
