Inter Milan fear missing out on Udinese star Alexis Sanchez to Man Utd next week.
Mediaset says Udinese supremo Gino Pozzo met with Inter officials this week to discuss Sanchez, but ended the meeting with no agreement struck.
It's understood Pozzo has been urged by United intermediaries to wait until next week - after the Champions League final - before making a decision on Sanchez's sale.
Sir Alex wants to discuss a deal for the Chile international, but will not move until the season is over.
