Phil Jones chose Man Utd after meeting with Arsenal boss Wenger

Phil Jones turned down Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger to move to Man Utd, it has been revealed.
Sky Sports says Jones met Wenger on Tuesday night but has chosen United over Arsenal, and will join the Reds for £15million on a five-year deal.
Blackburn Rovers did not just roll over when Phil Jones decided to move to Man Utd yesterday.
United met the £16 million buyout clause in the defender's recently penned deal.
But the Daily Mail says Blackburn made a huge effort to keep Jones, offering to beat United’s terms by making him the highest-paid player at Ewood Park on £50,000 a week.
But the defender had made his mind up after taking a call from Sir Alex.
