my lawyer told me that dates will definitely move ahead next month. He was confident about it after talking to his contacts at USCIS i guess.
except that the visa bulletin is published by the department of state, not USCIS...
anyway EB3-India and hopefully EB3-ROW would definately move soon, they seem to have been pushed too far back out...

E-filed EAD renewals for self and spouse on May 5 with Texas Service Center. Supporting documentation received by TSC on May 12. Card Production Ordered email received for spouse's renewal on May 14. Seems rather quick! No biometrics appointment received this time. Wondering if my approval will also follow soon. Also wondering if renewal period will be counted from expiration date of current EAD (current EAD expires Aug 24, 2010).

You can send 2 x 2 photo.. they will cut and make it like a 3.5cm x 3.5cm Or you can use epassportphoto dot com to get yourself a 3.5cm x 3.5cm passport photos for less.
Can i have both the address to be a India permanent address? Is there any way to avoid US address in passport? Presently i am on H1 visa. I have entered with L1 visa which is expired. Later my company transferred me to H1 visa which is not stamped. What are the documents i need to submit for visa proof?

WHY? Oh Why are you not calling? At least leave voice mails. It is Saturday today. It takes JUST 15 minutes to call and leave voicemails.
You will probably spend more time online hitting the 'refresh' button in IE to see if there are more updates about this bill.
Use that 15 minutes to call and make a difference. If you have the time to respond to the poll "I did not call any", why not take that time to call at least 1 person from the list?
Every voice makes a difference @ Immigration Voice.
Dont be shy asking friends and family to support. This is a democratic process. Fortunate are the few that have the ability to participate in such processes. This is DEMOCRACY IN ACTION.

I filed the online application for EAD renewal on May 3rd and required documents were sent to Phoenix drop box on May 6th. I paid the fees using a credit card. The EAD application was returned on May 15th. Reason a signature is not contained in the signature box of the application or petition. A signature in the "Signature of person preparing form, if other than above" block is not a valid signature for this purpose. Please sign and resubmit the application with the appropriate fees. How do you sign a online application? Did I do something wrong here? The EAD application which I received back from USICS is the applicant copy. Should I sign on the applicant copy or reprint a new completed EAD form. For the fees should I just submit the previous document showing fees paid through credit card.
Any response will be appreciated.

I did a year ago, gave my US address. They entered the US address in passport. So now you loose your indian address as a proof :)
Regarding H1-B, if your passport is stamped with Visa, I don't think notarized H1-B copy is required. Since the passport has a valid visa.

Lawyers manage to do it if you are within the "unofficial" no paystub permissible timelimit. Or They manage by getting vacation letter etc... Contact a good lawyer.

Just checked my MAIL (Saturday) and it had my approval mail as well as Physical Card. Strangely both came in together.
Thanks to IV, I am not a donor but time and again I keeping making one time donations. This forum provides so much knowledge that money support is the most trivial thing that one can do.
Few more notes that might help other folks who are current in May and waiting to be Green
First I have email and mobile alert on for my 485 but got none and the status on my portfolio still says Request for Evidence Response View. Last LUD is still Aug, 2010.
Second I had an RFE in Apr 2009, General RFE asking for work details from my employer.
Got FP just once.

I have not changed my company but my company had been bought and name changed and all this year I have moved and changed roles and profiles. Also I am on EAD though never changed jobs.
I was anxiously waiting but didn't opened any SR or contacted congressmen. I was planning to do that next week.
By the way I am still waiting for my spouse's GC.
I added my spouse on my application in 2008 (last quater when dates touched Aug 1,2006 before retrogressing)
I am going to party this weekend for my GC and next weekend for my spouse's :-) Only advantage of not getting both GC's at same time.

Once we have a sizable number of people to take initiative this effort can be successful. It is difficult to divert attention and resources for a single person. Each immigration issue that our community faces is important to the person suffering from it. IV is a place where people can get together and do something about fixing it.
I am willing to take the responsibility of gathering dates of people that are stuck and waiting for a reply.:)
