Rooney doesn't want his family to join him at South Africa!!

Wayne Rooney has banned his family from joining him for the World Cup because he wants to focus on bringing the trophy back to England.
The Manchester United striker told dad Wayne and mum Jeanette, both 46, to stay away to prevent them from becoming part of the England team circus.

Wayne, 24, has also asked his younger brothers Graeme, 22, and John, 19, not to travel to South Africa unless the team makes it through to the final.
A source close to the England star said: Wayne is taking the World Cup exceptionally seriously because he whole-heartedly believes that the team will win it. So he doesn't want any distractions and that even includes his mum and dad, who will still be cheering him on from home on Merseyside.

During the last World Cup in Germany four years ago Wayne's parents were part of the huge circus surrounding the England team under Sven-Goran Erikkson.
This time Wayne is determined it is going to be different. Our source said: Wayne didn't want to hurt anyone by asking them to stay away and is pleased that neither his mum, dad or his brothers were offended.
They understand that its winning the World Cup that matters the most.

The People revealed last week how Wayne's wife Coleen, 24, will watch the early stages of the finals at the couples £4million home in Prestbury, Cheshire with their seven-month-old son Kai.
