Rooney brings his own pillow to South Africa!!

Wayne Rooney carries a massive pillow on to the plane for South Africa last night - preparing to dream of World Cup glory.

It was reported that the Man U star, 24, sleeps on the floor on long-haul flights.

It looked like Wayne, who walked to the plane with fellow striker Jermain Defoe, couldn't wait to get his head down on the 12-hour journey.

He says he listens to the vibrations of the plane's engines to help him sleep.
The Three Lions jetted out from Heathrow at around 9pm.

Manager Fabio Capello, who appeared to sneak a peek at a pretty air stewardess, stood alongside captain Rio Ferdinand at the bottom of the steps as his team posed for a photo before take-off.
The players later changed from their special Marks & Spencer suits into Umbro tracksuits to get some shut-eye on full-size beds.
A light breakfast was being prepared, in keeping with Capello's strict dietary plans. The squad were forbidden from hitting the plane's bar.

A security force awaited the landing this morning, with an armed escort for the two-hour trip to their Rustenburg base, ahead of the kick off against the US next Saturday.
