You may wonder why this guy is bringing us a more than decade old movie. But if you watch if you'll not say any of these. Its such a wonderful and a typical 90's movie.The story is based around a shooting at an all night diner is investigated by three LA policemen in their own unique ways

Needless to say this is one of another great acts by Russel Crowe. This is in his younger days and he perfectly illustrates the muscle of LAPD who goes on any distance to win justice for the public.We can't forget the pretty Kim Basinger as Lynn Bracken to whom Crowe falls in love. The story in brief is like this...

1950's Los Angeles is the seedy backdrop for this intricate noir-ish tale of police corruption and Hollywood sleaze. Three very different cops are all after the truth, each in their own style: 

Ed Exley, the golden boy of the police force, willing to do almost anything to get ahead, except sell out; Bud White, ready to break the rules to seek justice, but barely able to keep his raging violence under control; and Jack Vincennes, always looking for celebrity and a quick buck until his conscience drives him to join Exley and White down the one-way path to find the truth behind the dark world of L.A. crime.

So its not another blood shedding, 'bullets travelling near the ear' type of a movie with nude scenes and brutal violence (as in nowadays). But a decent thriller which has got 8.4/10 in IMDB ratings at the end of the day. SO its upto you to watch and enjoy the fascinating thriller

I'm sorry for taking a long time to give you this.Its because of the difficulty in finding a good copy.At last I found one thats ok to watch.So today at last I'm bringing you the most awaited movie, Christopher Nolan's the Inception. It has already won the heart of millions worldwide and so much have have already described it as the movie of the century. Why it became so special? Lets find out.

Personally I wouldn't loved it more as it has my favorite actor Leonardo DiCaprio. I think he's the most realistic and wide ranged actor in hollywood. Now those who like others do not get angry with me ok :)

If I introduce you a little to the movie it goes like this..,

Corporate espionage. Cobb can invade people's dreams, so corporations hire him to steal business secrets from rivals' subconscious. Saito, an energy magnate, wants Cobb to do the reverse: not take information, but plant an idea in a rival's mind. In return, he'll fix problems with the US government so Cobb can return to his children.

Cobb takes the near-impossible job, planning three layers of dreams within dreams for the mark. It requires a larger team taking a powerful sedative: if something goes awry, the dreamers may not awake. Cobb doesn't tell his team that his past nurtures feelings powerful enough to bring on this comatose state for all of them. And the children - are they real?

So I don't want to waste your fun of watching it.

Just a reminder it has 9.1/10 in IMDB so I can only say its a must watch movie..Enjoy...

State Of Play(2009) -Can a thriller get any better-

Today I'm not gonna give you a latest movie but you should not miss this as it is almost the best a thriller can get.  When watching some movies specially at the end we just think back what the hell just happened here.This is one of those intriguing type of movies.I found this when I was looking down Russel Crowe and I guess most of u have missed this and thats why I thought of giving you. But let me tell you this is not a movie to miss and certainly one of the best thrillers I've watched. Its loaded with some of the great names in the Hollywood movie industry. I hope theres no need of me to introduce Russel Crowe as he is one of the Legends out there is Cal McAffrey the journalist. Guess you have watched the famous 'Notebook' and you will surely know of the beauty, Rachel McAdams and she's Della Frye.




Ben Affleck is the other star in this thriller. Based on a TV series broadcasted on BBC, The  State of Play continues the American tradition of turning journalism into a turbulent political thriller. Its based on two two seemingly unrelated deaths,a petty thief is gunned down in an alley and a Congressman's assistant falls in front of a subway.This is where Cal comes into action and goes a long way to finally solve the mystery around it.Della gives him invaluable support.


The movie has so many twists and turns that it virtually makes you think so much of whos doing what and stuff.Ben Affleck, the congressman does his part so well and almost gets out of trouble. Cal( Crowe) puts his life at risk to unravel the secrets and  finally by a little hint of suspicion he gets in a conversation.Whether he does it at time or he fails and dies in vain?thats upto you to find out.


Russel Crowe through a journalist in this one has once again amazed us with some pure talent. This movie is one of those rare ones you can watch without sex,drugs or so much gun flicks.
So I highly recommend you this thriller since I watched it and enjoyed it a great deal. Imdb ratings 7.3/10.

Salt (2010) -Who is She?-

Winter refuses to accept that she is a mole or a double agent but her actions begin to raise doubts. Just who is Evelyn Salt and what is she planning?

THE GREEN MILE (1999) -saving lives is harder than destroying it-

As my first post i thought of giving you a movie which I think most of you would have missed. Green Mile was nominated for 4 oscars and it has 8.4/10 in IMDB ratings.

The director is Frank Dabaront who also directed The Shawshank Redemption,which I'll be giving you recently. I watched this movie recently and it made my heart sink. This is undoubtedly one of the best movies I've ever seen where Frank has been able to take us to a famous but a unthinkable conclusion to the movie.

In some movies we cant think who the main actor or the actress is right?But here as you all know TOM Hanks has done his part exceeding well and his role is a treat to watch.John Coffey, another famous character in the movie is played by Micheal Clarke Duncan.Im not going to tell you any further. Its upto you to find out whether its good or bad.I still cat think why they didnt give it the Oscar.

I'll tell you a part of it.John is a new inmate in the prison whos taken there for death penalty on suspected conviction of raping a small girl.Whethet he did it or not you'll be able to see during it.But he has an unusual power in this to save people who are near death. So lets see John who saves others from death he himself would be able to defeat death. Enjoy...
