Owen Hargreaves is due to launch another comeback bid tomorrow.
Hargreaves, 31, signed for £17million from Bayern Munich in 2007, has been plagued by knee trouble and has played only 187 minutes in the past two-and-a-half seasons.
Sir Alex Ferguson said: “He’s a very good player but he’s been missing so long.
"From what we are told, he’s coming back from Germany and he’s going to start training on Monday with us, so we’ll wait and see.”
