Ferguson wants to fast-track Oxlade-Chamberlain into first team

Manchester United boss Sir Alex has told Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain he has plans to play him next season.
The Mirror says United are ready to sign Southampton starlet Oxlade-Chamberlain in a £10million deal.
Arsenal thought they had Oxlade-Chamberlain lined up to follow in Theo Walcott's footsteps. But ironically the England wide man would block the kid's route into the side.
Fergie will encourage Oxlade-Chamberlain to think he would be brought through faster at Old Trafford.
Southampton are keen to have the youngster back on loan if they sell him, but United plan to use him quickly- with a squad number and a first-team role for next season.
Both the player and his dad want to be involved in talks and Fergie hopes to tie up a deal in the next few weeks.
United will offer Saints 5M up front and double that money on appearance, with the bonuses paid in reasonable time. The whole package will be the biggest paid for a teenager.
